Can’t access PHP file: 403 error can’t access file

If you try to access a PHP file on your website or hosting account you might get a 403 error. This might be caused by incorrect settings on your account. Here are some of the settings that might be causing the problem:

  • Your .htaccess file might be trying to use the wrong version of PHP
