The guys at ASAP Science claims that you might have been drinking your coffee incorrectly the entire time.
They claim that the best time to drink your daily coffee is between 9am – 12am and between 1pm – 5:30pm after your Cortisol surge which will make the caffeine much more effective for your body.
Scientists have discovered that your Cortisol levels increases by 50% just after you wake up. So wait at least an hour before you get your cup of coffee and your body will be ready to go.
