To create an email account in cPanel you need to log in to your control panel using your username and password that you received in your welcome email.

When you logged in you will have your control panel in front of you. Under "MAIL" you willl have an icon that says email accounts. When you click on that you can create an email account by typing the name infront of your domain and also choose your password.

After you have created the email account you will have icons on the right of your email account. Click on the one that says Configure mail client. It will the provide you with the details you need to setup your email account.
